Lam's Garbage.
Absolutely disgusted. Everything started off alright. Food was decent enough.
I asked a server for some sweet soy sauce, but the server completely forgot. Which was fine, it happens.
Then I noticed a server drop her tongs on the floor, pick it back up, and served the food with the same tongs. I did not want to eat anymore dim sum after that. But that was not even the worst of it.
My friend found herself biting into a piece of unknown torn hard plastic inside her sesame ball. The plastic was cooked right inside the shell of the dough. (Uploaded a picture of the sesame ball to the gallery)
When she informed the manager, he looked at her as though she was crazy and gave an insincere "I'm sorry." After he inspected the sesame ball, he removed the item from our bill. When she told him she was not satisfied, he left, yelled at the workers, and never came back. From there, a couple of the servers gave us the dirty looks. When we went to the other manager to complain about the service/food, she gave us attitude. It was only after my friend told her she was a food critic that the lady became polite. The manager asked who the server was that dropped the tongs. When we told her, she said she wasn't surprised it was that server. We ended up only having to pay for half of the bill.
The experience was just awful. I don't know about you, but I'd rather not munch on unknown garbage and eat food off the floor.
You want Authentic Chinese?!.... Authentic Chinese cuisine, that is outstanding and well executed, in addition to the best darn Dim Sum in metro-Orlando. These guy are real pros. Here's the secret, if you aren't Asian, you'll be handed the Americanized green menu. Politely request the red menu and let the knowing smirks and fun begin. Unless you're a food sissy, then stay with the green menu, ya big baby. Remember, if you want the "Real Thing" and you want it dang good, this IS the place. Enough said.
Best Authentic Dim Sum in Orlando, Great Service, Hot food..... Amazing!. I went to Dim Sum with my sister and girlfriends, not really expecting much since we have yet to find truly authentic Chinese Cuisene. The restaurant was busy and we were seated right away. Our drink order was taken promptly and shortly threre after the carts started coming around. The food was truly authentic and hot upon arrival. Must try the shau mai ! We have committed to going back at minimum every Sunday.
THE BEST AUTHENTIC DIM SUM IN ORLANDO. I tried this place many years ago and did not like it. Then I just was reintroduced just a couple weeks ago, and I believe they changed everything to make it better! Now I come here every weekend for the BEST dim sum in ORLANDO.. hands down.. and I am Chinese too, so I know!

Best chinese, affordable very inviting environment. The food there is great. If you love seafood, this is the place. The environment is very inviting. The price rage is also very affordable.
Fresh and Real Chinese food. Any seafood platter here is worth it. It is never too crowded. Nice ambient.
fresh authentic chinese (sea)food. This is an excellent restaurant for someone who loves authentic chinese food. The seafood is fresh, swimming in the aquarium, made to order. Point in case, the restaurant has a large asian clientele.
