Corporate Office Please Take Notice - Bad Advertising – To Corporate Office: Your latest advertising campaign is neither cute nor clever - definitely not appropriate for a "family" restaurant, especially for items (wings, chicken fingers) to which children are attracted. Lose business or change your big orange table signs stating "Give Tuesdays The Bird & Thursdays The Finger". Enough innuendo around our kids already.

Good choice – Food is average. Service is ok. For the price you pay it's ok

How many bones in a hamburger – Found 4 bones in one hamburger. Hope the person who planted them got a good laugh.

Worst experience ever!!! 0 stars – My wife and I decided to eat at Smokey Bones in Waterford Lakes for our first wedding anniversary. We walked in what appears to be the front door, which ended up being the side door, and walked through their maze to reach the hostess. Five employees were standing there, and finished their conversation about one needing to eat at Denny's on an upcoming morning, and how she would be working a double. Once they "noticed" us, one disappeared to grab menus and proceeded to seat us. When we walked in, I noticed it was not busy at all, and their were tables available everywhere (at least fifteen). The hostess sat us at a table in the smaller seating area, away from the bar, next to two small families, both with a child under 1 year old. From there until after the appetizer arrived, things went well. We both finished our first drinks before the main course arrived (I guess its a server, the person you only see bringing your food, which I thought was the waitress' job). At this point I realize that the potato skins I discussed with the waitress not what I received, but a baked potato. It was very clear which I wanted, as there was never a mention of a baked potato. Then one of the babies began to cry, and cry, and cry...non stop, and the mother picked up the child, which placed the crying baby pointed right into our ears. I tried to fight through it, then I cut open my "medium" cooked steak. Other than the outside of the steak, the rest of the steak was red, bloody, and even a little purple. I wanted to send it back, but I could not stomach sitting in the restaurant another minute. This was by far the worst experience I have had in my life in any aspect of service, and immediately requested my check so I could leave. I can't remember ever before getting my entree and feel sick to my stomach at the same time. I will never eat at another Smokey Bones in my life, even if it was free.

Best Bartenders in Orlando!!! – My boyfriend and I travel alot and we came upon Smokey Bones while in Orlando and hung around there for our stay of 2 months. We loved the service. The food was great. We really got hooked on the buffalo wings. But every dish I tried was good especially the bar-b-que. I just want to thank Smokey Bones bartenders for entertaining us. They were all great especially Rachel and Billy. Love you guys. Everywhere we go we try to look for a Smokey Bones. I was disappointed to find out that the one in Pensacola was closed.:(

Mountain-lodge decor and slow-cooked meats draw barbecue lovers and sports fans to this woodsy chain restaurant. – In Short
Rustic accents like logs, lanterns and fieldstone may adorn the exterior, but inside, it's all about ceiling-mounted TVs for fans who want sports with their spicy food. A large bar with a giant television dominates, while flanking wooden booths come with audio selectors and easy views of nearby screens. Sundry meats are cooked in-house over hickory wood: pulled pork (hand-pulled daily), baby back ribs, barbecued chicken, smoked beef brisket and various combination platters.

Hair found in food TWICE on separate occasions! – A group of us always get together at Smokey Bones monthly, but lately our experiences has been uneventful! For the 2nd time in a row, hair has been in my food! This is totally unacceptable, but when I talked to the manager, he seem to think it was no big deal! I asked for a corporate number, but he just gave me the cell phone number of another manager that just happend to be working the same time we were there - what is that all about - what are they hiding? Needles to say, they lost the buisness of 8 reuglars! Oh, we were also told corporate no longer exist?

Best Bison Burger in Central FL – They have an awesome juicy buffalo burger. For those of you that are looking for a healthier, leaner version of a burger Smokey Bones BBQ has it for you. Great size portion, comes with your choice of two sides.

BBQ ribs hard to swallow! – Absolutely would not recommend this place if you're looking to eat good bbq. I've been to 3 different Smokey Bones, and every time the ribs were horrible. Sauce is okay - but the meat is anything but near tender. Everything else on the menu is pretty much average compared to other sports dining bars. I have to say their donots are excellent, which would probably be better for them if they specialized in pastries.
