I brought my prom dress here at Lily's Bridal, they have a lot of beautiful dresses. And wonderful customer service. I would definitely come back to get my wedding dress here.

Excellent Customer Service/Affordable. I recently went to Lily's Bridal for a wedding dress for my neice. The staff and owner were very patient with letting me look thru different styles/brands. I went to the store with a budget for the dress and came out with not only a gorgeous dress...but with the shoes, jewelry and tiara. With all these, I still did not go over my budget. The staff and the owner went above and beyond in making sure I found exactly what I needed.I would definitely recommend this store to any bride that wants their special day.. to BE EXTRA SPECIAL :)

Keep on going back. I had the most amazing experience at Lily's Bridal. I am a person who knows what I want and when addressing my needs with the sales consultants at Lily's they really listened. They have beautiful dresses and know how they should fit a woman.

Initially I was surprised by the size they ordered for me, but a the alteration were complete and I had amazing curves but was still able to sit down in my gown, I couldn't be happier. Two days before my wedding I needed the waist of the gown taken in again, and it was ready and fit perfectly the next morning.

I had to take a dress for another wedding I am in to them because another store messed up the alterations so badly. Couldn't be more thankful for their great work!!!

You must be very direct when shopping there. This store is not for the weak hearted or push-over gals. Be firm, but always remain NICE! I had to make what I wanted clear, but have found that with all wedding vendors.

Dress & Attire. I first heard of Lily's a year ago at a bridal show when I saw a dress that I LOVED on display at their station. I was able to get an appointment the following week and I ended up buying the dress I first saw and fell in love with! Lily's was sooo great to work with and even though I knew right away that I wanted that dress, they let me try on all sorts of other styles so that I could have fun but also know for sure. Lily's also has a great "try-on" area with mirrors along one whole wall, a lovely couch for your mom and maids to sit on and they can even dim the lights to show you what it will look like in the evening. We ended up also getting my mother's dress there as well as the 6 bridesmaid dresses, all of which were simply stunning. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and extremely reasonable in terms of pricing!

Horrible. I went to Lily's to try on 4 Maggie Sottero dresses I liked. When I got there they only had one for the 4 and she pulled dresses similar to the ones I liked. she put them in a room and said try them on. They were all in bags and I took them out myself, everywhere else does this for you. I put on the first dress open the door any no one was there. After waiting for several minutes she finally comes back to tie me into the dress. The whole time this damn lady was too busy talking to another lady in Chinese to even assist me. The last dress I tried on, I came out of the room not even tied up(corset back) too get a better look. she continued talking to this other lady only 10 feet away from me and did bother to help me put on the dress. After that I put on my clothes and left I didnt even try the last two dresses. she said have a nice day and didnt even bother to ask if i had any questions or anything......horrible customer service

Quint bridal shop with great dress selection!. This bridal shop has a great selection of dresses for any occasion. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile with finding that perfect dress! You all are Great...thanks for all your help and expertise...

Save yourself the trouble!!!. As a bride we all know that we can’t have everything perfect. I am so glad I did not get my wedding dress at this place!!!!!!! I found the bridesmaid dress that I wanted and called around to get the best price for the girls. The dresses came in and every dress as to be altered down about 2 to 4 full sizes. The cost of the alterations will end up costing the price of the dress. One of my girls they tried to put into a size 18 and she usually wears a 12. She refused to order an 18 and to play it safe ordered a 14. Her dress also falls right off of her. They offer no refunds to exchanges and no returns. Please do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!!!
