Dr. Tran is the best optometrist. Dr. Tran is the best optometrist I have been to. I have trouble with the testing proceedure. He is the most patient and takes time with me. I always get a good result with no new perscription. I can’t say this about others who have checked my eyes, I recommend him frequently. 15 years and I come back to see Dr. Tran!

WORST experience ever! Complete ripoff!. NEVER go to this place!! They overcharged me and my insurance co had to call them to get my credit card reimbursed. The glasses are the WORST I have ever had - the lenses don't fit the frames. My prescription was wrong and I had to go back for a re-exam. There are too many people and you are herded through like cattle.

I felt the doctor was professional and staff friendly. As for communication... I had no problem understanding anyone there. Everyone seemed polite and pleasant. The doctor was fantastic with working with my husband who is deaf. Although it was like buying a car... I felt the doctor was professional and staff friendly.

Hold on to your wallet!. I came in with a coupon for an eye exam, two boxes of contacts, and a pair of glasses for $139. I thought it was a great deal so I booked my appointment with excitement. I arrived five minutes early and signed in. Ten minutes passed, then fifteen. I was finally called back twenty minutes after my appointment and was taken in the back where there were four other people waiting for the same doctor. He finally saw me and rushed me through the exam. He then put my new contacts in and didn't even wash his hands after touching all the equipment!! When I went to pay, my total came out to $240! VisionMax gets you with all these little fees, is a dirty office, and the employees speak Chinese back and forth to each other!! It sounded like a great deal when I got the flyer of coupons in the paper, but by the time I walked out, I would have much rather had my terrible vision than dealing with the staff at VisionMax.

Edit>> I didn't even mention the fact that they told me my contacts and glasses would be ready in two weeks and it ended up taking five. They did not call me when my glasses and contact came in, I had to call THEM!

I have been going here for over 10 years. I have been going here for over 10 years and yes you have to wait a while even though you have an appt. but it's affordable and I have never had any problems with the quality of the products and I always pay what either the coupon I take says or what they quoted me before my appt. I will continue to go for my glasses and contacts alot of my friends go also

THE DOCTORS WERE GREAT. EVERYONE WAS SO NICE, AND THE DOCTORS WERE GREAT!!!!! I FEEL BLESSED THAT THE DOCTORS DID THIS FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE AS MY SELF. MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF THEM
