great salon, i love aveda!. This salon has such a comfortable atmosphere..the stylist are extremely positve and outgoing. My hair has been transformed tremendously through aveda and their treatments. I trust them 100%!

Best Experience Ever. I have been at this salon several times and the service is excellent. I have been attended by hairstylist Elizabeth Colon, she is so professional and attentive that I have brought my wife by and my wife loves her as well. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for great service and professionals that will help you choose what is right for you. Overall this salon deserves not a 5 star a 10 star because this professionals work to make you feel like you are at your living room getting a haircut with the best of the best in the business.

HAD THE BEST EXPERIANCE EVER. HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIANCE! Gary was my stylist. I came in with a problem from another salon and he was able to fix the problem. I left with great hair and feeling beauitiful. I will return again. This salon is great! I also love AVEDA! Thank you Ibi Salon!

Disgusting place, worse attitudes, and crazy owner.. Worst salon ever! The owner is crazy and rude. She shut off the AC to try and kick me and the stylist out! She kept hovering calling me difficult and complicated. Stylist BUTCHERED my hair!!!!!!!!! I asked for SIX inches to be cut off and she cut off TWELVE!!!!!!!!!! had to get my hair fixed at another salon because my bangs were crooked and my hair was longer on one side!

Brooke is wonderful. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with my curly hair until I went to Brooke at IBI Aveda Salon. She gave me a great haircut and and new style. She showed me how to style my hair with the be curly line by aveda. I am so excited about my new look! I felt so pampered when she gave me a nice neck and shoulder massage too. It was so relaxing. Great Service & Wonderful Products. I am impressed with the staff at ibi Aveda Concept Salon. Everyone is courteous and informative. They know their products and the stylists are color experts. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair color from my co-workers. The Aveda Black Malva shampoo and conditioner is great. Thanks Mallory for the suggestion and I love the new hair style. I'm hooked and have recommended Mallory and the staff at ibi Aveda Concept Salon. Thanks for making me look great!

Brook is awesome!! Their groupon is not.. First of all. I want to state that my hair was marvelous! Brook did a wonderful job, took her time and really listened to what I wanted while making helpful suggestions. I was so happy with how it had turned out but when I went to pay (mind you I had already paid 50 dollars toward their groupon that stated I'd receive $160 of my visit) I was informed that I'd have to pay another 50 dollars on top of my groupon. Which means my highlights and hair cut would have been $210...which they admittedly upsold because it was a 'groupon'. If you are going to change your fees on a person to person, discount to discount basis you should let your clients know what they are getting into beforehand. I would love to have my hair done again by Brook but honestly dont want to go back to that salon again because of they way they schemed with their groupon. Thanks again BROOK

Stay Away From ibi Salon. Been there twice. The first time was OK. Second time was a pain. Way over priced
