Tips for A Downtown Florist & Wedding

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I placed an order for my father's birthday, to be delivered to his home as I do not live in Orlando. Since he mentioned nothing of it, I called the florist to confirm delivery. The woman who answered the phone said they were sorry but could not get it out on Saturday and delivered it Monday with a regret note! I was NEVER called to learn of this delay or I would have called them to let them know he was leaving town for a week! Now my father thinks I never sent him a birthday present!!!!!!! The woman on the phone kept blaming her other employees, the computer, the fact that she was out sick, and kept throwing out excuses. No explanation of why I wasn't called. I'm very unhappy and will never use this florist again.
