Best Underground Indie Dance Night!. Wednesday at I-Bar is where it's at in downtown Orlando. Independent Bar continues to lead the pack for the musically hip! They play everything from dirty electro, underground electro, gritty pop mixed with some Duran Duran and Morrissey and exclusive videos I've never seen! The video wall is Amazing! There was no cover charge, hot bartenders and cheap drinks! I can't wait to go again this Wed!

A Blast!. This is simply the best. I'm not a huge club-goer; I hate the all the groping and cheep feel sessions the guys in most bars do... At least here I get more respect. The Bar-tenders all rock, the music is always choice and if you don't feel like dancing or standing, there are boothes in the first floor (dance area) and a few couches upstairs.

Don't know how to dance? No prob. Once the dance floor gets packed, no one will know the difference.. everyone's having too much fun to care :)

If you haven't gone, try it at least once! You will love it ;) GO ON THURSDAYS :)

I-bar dance party. i LOVE i-bar!! i go almost every thursday and i don't think i have once had a bad time. Pretty much your either going to hate it or your going to love it to death! the music is very upbest and different. people are very fierce and stylish here. don't be afraid to get out on the dance floor and go all out b/c thats what everyone does! just be prepared to have fun and get sweaty!

Very Chill Place To Be. My friends and I decided to try a new club the other night and we chose I-Bar, and I am incredibly happy that we did. I instantly felt at home there, the atmosphere was amazing. If you chose to dance, you're on a packed floor, with a ton of laid-back, stylish people. But if you just want to relax, the booths are perfect. The crowd is wonderful, the wait time at the bar is a bit long, but that doesn't even matter when you're around great company. This will be where I go from now on!

Underground music scene in Orlando. I'm from Seattle WA, the capital of underground talented new music & Starbucks. Independent Bar takes me back there again. Some of the greatest music artist, bands, genres, & styles came from this gloomy rainy, yet eclectic poignant state. I love the dark secretive ambiance & music scene. Upon entering I-BAR, you can actually feel & observe the distinctive alluring mood from the young, individually trendy, & riveting crowd. Along with the obscurity created by the artsy musically devoted underground setting, the very personal & snug booths lighted by small candles, give it a mysterious enigmatic atmosphere where you actually feel as if there is something independent & exclusive about it. I get to meet interesting, different, music intense individuals with an obsessive fashion sense like me. Additional Bar staff is needed to improve service & the long wait time. No matter, the underground music dance scene is at I-BAR!

I-bar my first bar. I-Bar has to be about the best place to go when your looking to just have a fun night out with friends, a laid-back date, or just plain old you. The atmosphere is so welcoming, at first some might be stand offish because of the "rock" club appeal to it, but as the night progresses and you step foot inside it has a variety of people of colors, ages and styles. This was the first place I had ever gone "out" to. My boyfriend recommended we go since I had just turned 18 a while back. The night was so awesome, everyone there from the staff to the people in the bar were just all around nice. It was a really fun night all together. I highly recommend this bar to anyone just looking to have some fun in a safe yet upbeat place.

other clubs wish they were this club. This is simply put, the finest club in town. The staff is great, the atmosphere is good, lots of girls, and the drinks are cheap. This place also features the BEST DAMN BARTENDER IN THE WORLD-Phil. Don't get me wrong, the others are good - but for my money it's gotta be Phil. Best nites are when the owner spins the 80's. Other clubs can pretend to play the 80's, but this place originated it. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

old and great. Barbarella now Independent Bar is a great place to hang out the cover charge is low and the drink prices are not outrageous. Its a good place to meet all different types of people! Saturday nights are great the 80's new wave music really gets the place going. Just wish you guys would post pictures taken on the holidays ie: New Years Eve.

Do you miss the 80's??. Remember going out and hearing The Cure, Duran Duran, Flock of Seagulls, etc ????? This is always a cool place to go. When you walk in, you hear older tunes, with a few current dance tunes- step out the back door to hear a live band, then walk to the other side of the courtyard, to a cozy little bar area and hear more alternative. ( You will see some very interesting people in the back room- don't be alarmed, they may look a little creepy- but most are friendly. Everyone is welcome here- You will see everything here businessmen,gothic people, nerds, yuppies, punks, ravers, college students, etc
