What People Are Saying About Cairo Nightclub

In Short – Cairo's true gems are a basement-style '70s dance floor featuring the best from the Studio 54 generation and an open-air rooftop reggae club. Depending on the night, mostly retro music plays at Cairo: '80s new wave-alternative, disco, etc. House music is featured on Friday nights and live reggae bands on Saturday night. No cutting-edge tracks here, but that doesn't bother the college-age masses seeking a dose of nostalgia. – – –
Editor's Tips
- Know Before You Go:
- On those extra-crowded weekend nights, be prepared to wait in a line that snakes down Magnolia. Also, plan to spend an eternity placing your order at the bar.
- The Extras:
- Clubhoppers of both sexes find this club a great pickup spot.
the best place to be

I have tried a lot of clubs out there but I have to say nothing has yet topped Cairo. What's better than dancing on a roof top down town? What I like also is the variety of music - it's sure to please everybody with three different dance floors. My friends and I have been going there for a while and we don't get tired of the place. Try it. Friday night is ladies night (get in free, drink free til 12), and it's hopping on Saturday's. Try it.
- Pros: inexpensive, lots of variety, outside
Off The Chain!

Im 19 yrs old and a female. Ive been to clubs in Tampa and Olando and Cairo was my favorit. I stay on the roof top and dance the reggae all night. The guys are usually under control and respectful... go there on a saturday! The roof is ON FIRE!

- Pros: inexpensive admission, great music, good staff
Attention RESPECTABLE Women!!!

To all respectable women out there: AVIOD CAIRO LIKE THE PLAGUE. The men there, and I use this term loosely, are downright sweaty, smelly leeches that will attach themselves to you when your back is turned. Seriously, the service lacks as does the music. I would spend my $7.00 elsewhere. I am 22 yr.s old and I have made 2 mistakes in my life. One was allowing my friends to pick where we went and the other was actually paying to get in.
A good time

Ok this club is pretty nice. I've been to quite a few clubs in orlando and i like the atmosphere here. i prefer weds nights though. Fridat had lots of wierdos. The staff is friendly and the dance floor is nice. The music is also great especially the main room or the reggae on the rooftop.
All around Great Place!!!

When I walked in the front door, I was taken back. This place looked Cooool! The music playing downstairs was really pumping. I got my drink and went upstairs to another Theme. Then up to the roof for a live Jamacian Band playing. Way cool. Open views, GOOD drinks, lots of hot women. Definately a place to check out.
- Pros: Great Music (ALL), Good Strong Drinks, Trendy
- Cons: Sometimes Crowded, Need more specials
