I have been eating at Panera Bread as a visitor at the nearby EO Inn for five years. The Panera was much more vibrant at that time. Now it is over run by customers and service is very slow in the morning. It also has undependable opening hours and the only healthy breakfasrt stuff is never ready in the morning for the first hour or so after they open. They seem very disorganized

Panera can give you a bagel and not cut it, and not toast it and give you lousy service. If this is something you are into, be my guest, go to Panera. But if you want supperior service, look for a local market to support.

I love Panera, but this location was less than satisfactory. I've never been there during lunch, but during evening hours the employees behind the counter seemed to be clueless local highschoolers. Placing our order was nightmarish, and then we were made to run back and forth from the food-line to the bakery because they forgot to give us our food, and the workers were rather rude.
