Top Family Practice Doctors. When we lived in Orlando, this was our doctor's office. Dr. Smolen listened and spent as much time as I needed. Office is very busy, but friendly. Office uses the latest technology to speed things up, including prescriptions and accessing medical records. This office is dedicated to family practice medicine, and you see a doctor, not a nurse practitioner as in most other FP offices. I switched to this office after my first experience in Orlando with a rude doctor who made me feel awful, and a staff that was overwhelmed, rushed and rude to patients. Great Place.
After reading the review of the doctor's office of Block and Nation I thought I would take some time to write a review. First off, no doctor in Orlando will EVER see you same day. That is why there
are 500 urgent care facilities in Central Florida.
Second, this doctor's office has been nothing but great. The staff is helpful, I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Nation when I scheduled an appointment, and its a nice new building.
The medical staff is very helpful. I needed medical information sent over to my university and they told to me come right in with the forms and they would have the doctor sign them and fax them same day. Great service!!…
Too long to wait!. I was looking for a doctors office that could see my entire family. Turns out they never have time to "see" anyone. I could rarely get a same day appointment (you need those when you have kids!) and the wait to get an appointment was at least two weeks sometimes a month! Then you sit in the waiting room for AT LEAST thirty minutes and another 30 to 40 in the room waiting for the doctors to come in. The doctors seem like nice people but really don't remember you because they have so many patients and seem rushed. The office staff is blah. Go find a better doctor. I am!!…
