Absolutely DO NOT. AWFUL. If you have any problems, broken washer, refrigerator, need pest control. It won't happen for a minimum of 3 weeks. Management says they lose the work orders and/or forgot. Communication is terrible. Expect 1 day notices of an construction. Even construction to take place in your own apartment.

There has also been two broken sprinkler heads that greet you at the door when you walk up to our building. This results in ankle deep water that you have to go through. OR you could walk through the thick mud surrounding the small swimming pool. Take your pick. This problem has been going on for at least the past ten months.

With increased rent rates, lower service from the maintenance crew and a devil for an office manager, the day our lease is up, WE ARE OUTTA HERE!

HORRIBLE.. The management is horrible. The fat one in the office has the worst attitude and is filled with nothing but lies. What I find to by funny is that she's simply getting away with it. The dike looking one that also "runs" the place is the most cold hearted and selfish individual I have ever met. She'll do anything to manipulate you into thinking she's helping you out. The next time you're in the office make sure you pull out a calculator and don't pay a penny more for their crap. This place is constantly running over tenants and making them miserable. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! As for all of the positive comments.. It's them trying to make themselves look "good" . Really? That should be a big enough sign for anyone reading this to get the hell away.

HORRIBLE NEW OWNERS. The new owners are rushing the new construction and often leave a bad job in their wake, they are walking ALL OVER current tenants and forcing them to leave homes for the day to repair things that are not broken, they are towing vehicles to repave parkinglots after ONE DAY, 'paper taped to door' notice, and to top it all off, the rent is skyrocketing!

The old owners were great - Very nice, very friendly and put their customers first. If you heard good things about Sutton Place in the past, forget them. The Parks at Sutton Place is a huge downgrade from the old ownership.

Despite the bad experiences over the past few months with construction, maintenance is ALWAYS on key :) Much props to them.

Do not even consider moving here in the next 6 months to a year. Construction will continue to be noisy, annoying and frustrating. I am leaving in 4 weeks and am greatly relieved.
