The Best in the City!!! Super for Vegetarian Options..... We have been going here for years and the food just keeps getting better. They always are friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. Ask for Lisa to be your server, she is the best. We are vegetarian and they have no trouble adjusting any dish on the menu to a vegetarian option for us. This is the quality of Chinese food I grew up with. So many of the take out joints that have opened up in the area are greasy and nasty and you can tell they take short cuts and use less than fresh ingredients to prepare their dishes. NOT the case with JUM-BO. Super Fresh always. We love, love, love it here.

Bad take-out experience. Restuarant is in a very convienent location with a pleasant atmosphere inside. But here's what went wrong with my experience...

First off, spring rolls are not a menu option at this place. Which baffles me since virtually every other chinese restuarant seems to have this basic appetizer.

Well no big deal, decided to order another simple chinese entree, vegatable fried rice. Was completely disappointed once i got home. The rice was sticky,clumpy and undercooked with a hard grainy texture. The vegatables in this dished looked like plastic and didn't taste much better. After trying to eat a couple bites, I gave up and threw eight dollars worth of food in the trash bin.

To this place's credit, I didn't bother calling or complaining. I'm sure they would have given me a refund or recooked my dish. Maybe I just lucked out and picked something off the menu that they aren't well known for.

Winter Park Jewel for budget minded diners. Jumbo is great for large groups and they do accomodate special requests. My personal favorites are the Sechwan Eggplant and the Almond Gai Ding. And you can find parking there, unlike at Winter Park village!

Central Florida's Greatest Chinese Food. Jum-Bo's Chinese Restaurant is in my opinion the best of all the chinese restaurants in Central Florida. Their ingredients are top notch when it comes to freshness and quality. The variety of choices on the menu is most wonderful. And they allow for special requests. Certainly a place I will return to when I want the best in Chinese cuisine. A can't go wrong kind of place.
