This branch only banks idiots, not money. They decided to service the ATM while I was in the middle of a transaction, and then refused to give back my ATM card because I didn't have any identification. I understand the need for security to not hand back the cards to people who try to claim cards, but to take the card from me, while in the middle of a transaction, and then not return it makes me doubt whether I want them handling my resources at all. I files a complaint with the national office.
