I was having problems with my new Vizio 52" LCD TV, there was a red line running down the screen, I brought it to Crystal and for less then the cost of return shipping to Vizio I got it fixed. Very happy with both Price and Service! A++

Best place to pick up a second hand TV!

Since I am on a bit of a budget, I could not afford a brand new TV. I got one here for Half the price of a new one and it's fantastic! Awesome staff and I got a great deal!

Everyone I know has had at least one TV Fixed at Crystal, Including myself. I just recently had to have the little thing that you hook the cable wire to on the back of my TV replaced, I was in and Out. Very happy!

They used to be called Alpha TV back in the day. I'm a mother of Three and My Dad used to use them all the time when I was a little girl.

They are one of those Businesses that everyone knows and everyone trusts. I'm happy to see them doing so well after all this time.

YES! Thought it was going to cost me a fortune, But NO!

I am a student at UCF, on a severe budget.. my dinky lil 19" TV was going on the blink.. power button was flashing.. no picture.. Normally I would just get a new TV.. But I was way short on funds. Thought I was gonna be out of luck. I Figured I'd just give it a shot and call a TV Guy.. Well, for less than the cost of a night downtown my TV Was fixed and I'm Ecstatic!! It was Well worth the Call..
