Great TV Repair Services!. I was having problems with my new Vizio 52" LCD TV, there was a red line running down the screen, I brought it to Crystal and for less then the cost of return shipping to Vizio I got it fixed. Very happy with both Price and Service! A++

Best place to pick up a second hand TV!. Since I am on a bit of a budget, I could not afford a brand new TV. I got one here for Half the price of a new one and it's fantastic! Awesome staff and I got a great deal!

Been here forever! Community Staple.. Everyone I know has had at least one TV Fixed at Crystal, Including myself. I just recently had to have the little thing that you hook the cable wire to on the back of my TV replaced, I was in and Out. Very happy!

They used to be called Alpha TV back in the day. I'm a mother of Three and My Dad used to use them all the time when I was a little girl.

They are one of those Businesses that everyone knows and everyone trusts. I'm happy to see them doing so well after all this time.

YES! Thought it was going to cost me a fortune, But NO!. I am a student at UCF, on a severe budget.. my dinky lil 19" TV was going on the blink.. power button was flashing.. no picture.. Normally I would just get a new TV.. But I was way short on funds. Thought I was gonna be out of luck. I Figured I'd just give it a shot and call a TV Guy.. Well, for less than the cost of a night downtown my TV Was fixed and I'm Ecstatic!! It was Well worth the Call..

By Far the Best TV Repair shop in Orlando. My family has been using Crystal TV Repair since we moved to Orlando in 98'. They have ALWAYS been prompt on time and helpful. Pricing is always fair and they take the time to explain to the customer what their issue is in simple terms I can understand.

It's a shame how some competitors use the review system to try to knock down the competition. Reviews should be unbiased and based on actual experiences, not made up to try to eliminate competition, shame on some people.

I would reccommend them and use them again. My projection wh. I would reccommend them and use them again. My projection when out on my 72inch big screen. They came and picked up the tv and I got it back within one week. N its been workin fine ever since. And added special features.

DO NOT USE. I was told my tv would be repaired in 5-7 business days....over 3 weeks later I still don't have it!!! I would NEVER recommend them. They act annoyed when i can to get an update on my tv, they have never contacted me...I am always calling them! HORRIBLE
