Chelle Rocks. I drive over an hour from Osceola County just to have Chelle cut and style my hair. I love going in and being treated like a queen.

What a mess. Not only was I immediately turned off by this salon because as soon a I walked in the receptionist asked me when I was expecting...I am a petite girl and am NOT pregnant. I went to this salon for partial highlights. When I made the appointment I was told that styling was included in the price ($65 for a partial). After she finished highlighting my hair she told me that it would cost $35 extra to dry it. Needless to say that I felt this was a complete rip off. When I got home and dried my own hair i noticed that the highlights were barely lighter than my natural hair color! What's the point in that? I won't be returning

Great Place. The male that did my hair was wonderful! I got a foil, wash, cut, and style. I have dark hair, so I was looking for nice highlights; he listened and gave me exactly what I needed. He was quick and perfect. The staff, although quite ritzy, are overall so friendly. I was recommended to the spa here as well and will continue to come here for my (ever so embarrassing) bikini waxes as well!
