Wost personality of short blond lady. I went to the store looking for a Halloween costume. The lady started showing me the ugliest dresses so I told her I wanted something a little less plain (trying to be nice). She nastily replied, "These dresses are ANYTHING but plain." OK, I thought then you just have horrid taste. She refused to find out what style of dresses I was looking for, insulted my size, and blamed me for her not trying to help me. This is just a NASTY person and for the first time in my life I will say I hope this business fails.…
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!.
We rented a 70's shirt for a local benefit party but realized when we got home the shirt had a stain on the front pocket. We called immediately to let them know and asked for a refund. The owner got
on the phone a said she would only issue a refund if she was able to re-rent the shirt to someone else - seriously? With a stain? Luckily, we found a shirt from the closet that will work just fine.
These are some of the comments she actually said to us..
"I have a store full of people and don't have time to deal with you"
"if you found something in your closet that worked, maybe you should have checked there first"
"you only want to return the shirt because you found something else to wear"
"it's only 21 dollars"
"are you his wife?" as if it matters who I am - the shirt still has a stain!
"He's a big boy, he signed the release form, he should have looked at it more carefully" - I'm thinking really? You've had the shirt since the 70's and you never saw the stain!!
In the long run, she's right, the release was signed - but to be so unprofessional, basically calling us liars, is just so inappropriate. There are so many things she said that were just totally uncalled for, all while dealing with a store full of people...I hope they got better service than we did. We will never go back there or recommend this store to any of our friends - and this party comes around every year!…

Such a FUN place to shop. The store is full of SO MANY great things--from classic to funky--and they are always getting new items. Come to find out they do some of the outfitting for the TV show Mad Men- very cool. I love the store...it's one of Orlando's hidden treasures.…
