This Winter Park fixture serves pricey, classy ice cream.. The Scene
A double storefront with an elongated counter divided into three showcase zones: frozen yogurt, ice cream and candy. Tiny, round marble-topped tables with matching iron-twined chairs give the "parlor" a vaguely Victorian feel. They aren't always wiped, however, and little effort has gone into other decor.

The Food
A one-time franchise gone independent, Hermen's boasts of fine ingredients: cocoa from Holland, pecans from Georgia, coffee by Folger's. Opt for frozen treats rather than candy. Naturally white mint chocolate chip ice cream far surpasses the gooey peanut butter fudge. Because Hermen's uses fresh produce, fruit flavors vary with the season and tend to be excellent: black raspberry yogurt, mango sorbet, strawberry ice cream. Creations like "O My Oreo"--an obscene conglomeration of cookies, ice cream and syrup--feed two. For a more modest indulgence, pick a waffle cone dipped in chocolate and peanuts.

manger#1. your ice cream speaks for it's self, your manger and staff are great! the manger is #1 she is so sweet like your ice cream, the staff are all great !!!!! they all work very hard,and the store has never looked so good ,

WOW!!!. GREAT ICE CREAM!! I enjoyed the ice cream and the setting is great. I was greeted the second i came in the door and was served and was treated like a person and not a customer. The taste was WOW! I cant descibe it but man I wish i could have it every night!

rodrigotavares. Just the best Ice Cream you can find. I heard that they make their own ice cream, with all the fresh ingredients. I've always been there and enjoy my favotite flavors!!!

Much Better Than the Creamery. The quality and taste of the ice cream here is far superior to the Marble Slab Creamery, which was very disappointing.

I had the heath bar ice cream in a plain waffle cone. The vanilla ice cream was very creamy with just the right amount of heath, while the cone was light with a vanilla flavor. All in all - very tasty!

Outstanding!!!!. This is great ice cream...rich and creamy...much better ice cream than Marble Slab.
