Editorial Review for Fiddler's Green Irish Pub & Eatery – by Daniel Fuller
The Scene
Think of Fiddler's as an authentic Irish pub and a family restaurant rolled into one. There are three separate dining rooms and a full bar with 23 beers on tap. The pub's understated decor gives it a cozy feel, though the atmosphere is festive and loud. The crowds tend to be eclectic, with kids from nearby Rollins College sharing space with families and Winter Park's well-to-do. Live Irish folk music is usually part of the nightly entertainment, further enhancing the Emerald Isle vibe.
The Food
All the traditional Irish foods are expertly prepared. Try shepherd's pie with spicy ground beef and a golden-brown topping of potatoes. For something a little different, get Ballymoloe chicken--lightly seasoned breasts of roasted chicken stuffed with herb dressing and served with a mead sauce.

Portions and food quality have suffered. Make sure you call ahead because sometimes they have rock music that is not tolerable. Still the best Irish in town but only because there are few alternatives
Pros: Food is good
Cons: service poor

this is a good way to do the weekend unwinding- the bar is extensive, and the shepherd's pie is great. The whole thing is very authentic.
Pros: Good food, nice place
Cons: there were a few very drunk college kids
