The Scene – This tiny corner restaurant has five tables inside and a couple on the patio. Baskets and a few Caribbean paintings decorate the bright yellow walls. The Food Jamaican-born Phoebe White serves up home-style Caribbean and Southern dishes, from patties and wings to oxtails and pork chops.
