In Short – Chamberlin's serves up healthy, inventive and tasty fare (including some meat, poultry and fish dishes) from a rotating recipe-bank of more than 500 selections. The Cafe offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic and organic meals; regular menu items include sandwiches, salads, pizzas, soups and sides, with an entree hot bar added for lunch and dinner. Option include an extensive, all-organic salad bar, pizzas made with organic mozzarella or rice cheese, and much more.
