In Winter Park, nice place by itself, 1 mile from the Morse Museum of American Art, close to bus lines that can drive you almost anywhere in the surroundings of Orlando in less than 2 hours. Comfortable, clean, kind staff, quite cheap.

Although doing a painting upgrade in the hallways, we had a very large room. The furnishings were a bit sparce so there was enough room for visitors to sit and talk. the central courtyard is pretty with plants, trees, restaurant and bar. The pool and hot tup located in the centre courtyard looked great, although, the noise from the pool area was a bit much, but became quiet at 9 pm, so no sleep loss. A good place for families. Food in the restaurant was well prepared.

This hotel was a great bargin. Priced right, clean and comfortable. The location was great, very close to the quaint downtown, shopping and reataurants. Very quiet room. Would definitely recommend and we will stay there again when in town.

Lovely older hotel in a convenient location in Winter Park Florida. Close walking distance to grocery store, shops, restaurants, movie theatre. Close to downtown Winter Park - depending on ability and age could walk there also. Hotel also has restaurant for breakfast and lunch, bar and exercise room.

This is a terrific location if you want to be in Winter Park and the grounds are very pretty. The room is adequate--quite large. We had two double beds and a large bathroom which was well equipped and had a coffee maker. The style is nothing very interesting but then again the price is good and the carpeting and linens were all fresh and new. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. The place was quiet and the staff was friendly. Also it is pet friendly. We didn't use the pool but it was clean and attractive. We didn'[t know there was a restaurant attached.

The staff at the front desk are professional and prompt. The staff went out of their way to make sure an important message was relayed to our room when no one answered the telephone.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Fairly quiet in the hallways, however you can hear the plumbing from the rooms next door. The staff running the convention center do an excellent job. Free parking and free internet are a bonus. Restaurants are close by if you choose not to eat at the hotel. Prices are reasonable. Hotel is being renovated - Would I stay again. Yes.

Excellent front desk staff. Loved the river that runs through the hotel, was very relaxing to fall asleep to.

It's a little on the shabby sheek side. But was a very nice place to crash when we were in town for a wedding. We didn't try the restaurants but the vending machine was great for a late post-wedding snack.

There were many kids in the hotel but we didn't hear them throughout the night.

Excellent stay, def worth one fifty or less per night.
