Good Chinese and a Nice Place to Eat. PF Chang's has been a favorite restaurant of ours for several years. The restaurant is clean, exciting, and fun. That is a very nice contrast to many of the local chinese restaurants around. The location in Winter Park is just wonderful, and makes for a nice dinner date. The choices are somewhat limited, but the selection is wonderful, our personal favorites is the spicy lemon shrimp!

FOR THOSE WHO RATE PF CHANG'S AS POOR.... IF YOU ONLY ATE AT CHANG'S ONCE, PERHAPS IT WASN'T A GOOD DAY OR NIGHT TO GO. TRY AGAIN, IT CAN BE BETTER. IF YOU THINK THE FOOD ISN'T AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER YOU HAD, YOU NEVER WILL UNLESS YOU GO OVERSEAS. NOTHING IN U.S.A. IS ORIGINAL OR AUTHENTIC EXCEPT FOR THE COUNTRY'S OWN AMERICAN FOOD. OVERSEAS, MCDONALD'S IS JUST WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT CHINESE FOOD HERE. SO UNLESS YOU GO OVERSEAS, NOTHING IS ORIGINAL, SO JUST ENJOY WHAT & HOW OUR COUNTRY COOK IT BUT DON'T EXPECT IT TO BE ORIGINAL. I LIVED OVERSEAS, AND I KNOW THAT CHANG'S ISN'T AS AUTHENTIC, AND IT NEVER CAN BE, BUT I STILL THINK THAT PF CHANG'S IS EXCELLENT. IT IS EXCELLENT FOOD UNTIL I GO BACK OVERSEAS. I KNOW THAT OTHER LOCAL CHINESE PLACES IS WORSE. CHANG'S FAR MORE BETTER. THOSE OF YOU WHO RATED CHANG'S POORLY, THINK AGAIN.

1. Wait here...... Wait 20 minutes for a server..... Wait 25 minutes for our first course, the main course arrived the same time. The waitress said I can take it back if you want or leave it here, it won't do cold. The food was the quality of a bad takeout. Nice place, if you want to be treated like cattle.
