PF Chang!!!. This is absolutely one of the best chinese food experiences you will ever have!!! All of their dishes are delicious, especially the Mongolian Beef and PF Chang's pork fried rice. The best part is that you can eat healthy. You can ask for the brown rice to be used for your fried rice. It's delicious and the ambiance is nice. If you are sodium conscious, as I am, ask them to put low sodium soy sauce. They need to open one up in Volusia County!!!

Not a bad lunch spot.. Ok. I know! It's a chain... but I kinda like the lunch crowd here. It's a little busy. The food is respectable. I've eaten here for years (since it opened in fact) and this location has great consistency of food with reasonable service. The slightly snobbish atmosphere doesn't turn me off one bit. I think it is aspiring to attain something resembling class in a mass market make em pay kinda' way.

Of the many dishes I have eaten at this location I keep going back to three dishes when I am dining with a person who has not eaten at PFC's before. To start, there is the Hot and Sour soup. Not the best, but right up there with acceptable culinary traditions like grilled cheese and apple pie. It just makes you feel good. The main courses I suggest to first timers are either the shrimp in lobster sauce if you are in the seafood mode (nice reduction with a hint of black bean) or the tried and true Mongolian Beef served piping hot with fresh scallions (hard to mess that one up) if you are looking for that slightly heavier fare.

Well... I give this four stars for recommended based on consistency and acceptable service over the years. Good for the business luncheon or people watching.

This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites.. In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

Consistently good "Chinese-ish" Food - A Bit Overpriced.. It's a chain. What do you expect? Consistency? P.F. Chang's got that along with a host of dishes inspired by the more familiar fare at your neighborhood Chinese restaurant. While I've never had a bad experience at P.F. Chang's, I've also never had an exceptional experience. Most dishes are competently prepared, but highly priced for what they are ($13.50 for what essentially is some fried chunks of chicken tossed in sweet and sour sauce?). The Kung Pao shrimp is by far the best tasting dish, but don't take the leftovers home. After putting a small box of Kung Pao shrimp in my refrigerator overnight, I realized the next morning that the sumptuous taste was ensured by a large helping of grease, which, in the cooler envrionment of the ice box had solidified into a square, translucent mass encasing the shrimp. I really wish I hadn't seen that.

Undeservedly Stuffy and Below Average Food. This was my third time to P.F. Changs and I was disappointed as usual. We went as a large group of 10 for my brother's birthday. The waitress was short and curt to everyone the whole time - almost rude. Found out later that my Mom had been instrructed on the many restrictions in place for large parties by the management when she called for info. on reservations. The food was mediocre at best. Could have had the same flavor at the local Chinese takeout for a lot less. Have been to China twice and have eaten more "authentic" at other places in Orlando. What can I say other than don't waste you time, money or emotional expense at this place.

LOVE IT. This is one of my all time favorite resturants and definately the best Chinese ever. The prices are great and you get tons of food. It is a good place to go and order a couple different dishes and share. The crab wontons have real crab meat, and the chicken lettuce wrap are awesome. My favorite dish that is so hard to stray from is the orange peel shrimp, a little spicy and sweet. If you like Chinese you have to try PF Chang's you will not be disappointed.

Awesome experience!!. PF Chang's is my absolute favorite place to eat chinese food. The portions are really worth the money, and they have a great wine and drink selection if you want to make it a special occassion. The servers there are phenominal and really know the food....plus they are all great to look at. Also, the ambiance is relaxed and I always enjoy myself.

not worth the wait. I was waiting to try this place because I heard so many good things about it. When I finally went there for lunch, I was very disappointed.

A different outlook on Chinese. This is a fun restaurant to visit for something different & out of the ordinary. We loved the ambience & the service was very good. My only suggestion is to add a little more vegetarian items to the menu.
