Wonderful Customer Service!. Very friendly staff. Although I have never been there myself because I live in Brandon, across the state.

I wanted to purchase a gift for my dad who goes there all the time and LOVES it! I called and the woman very graciously helped me to decide what to purchase and said they would even deliver directly to his house. I decided to go with a gift card for him and she said she would mail right away and added a nice message to the card as well. Very professional and caring. Wonderful customer relations!

Worth the Drive!. I live in Waterford Lakes and I still drive to Petty's when we are having company or it is a special occasion! You can get authentic Bratwursts! Close your eyes and you'll swear you're in the Hofbrauhaus! The steaks are unbelievable! Also, we had some delicious tuna steaks this weekend! Everything here is top shelf! Also, the chicken salad & potato salad in the deli are FANTASTIC!
