Regatta Shores Apartments

Nice Apartments and the Pool area is Awesome!. My husband and I moved here a couple of weeks ago and LOVE it. I gave a list of 7 repairs that needed attention, stuff I missed on the walk-thru and most of it has been done already. The items that aren't done yet are items that needed to be ordered.

The screened pool and spa are beautiful (never saw an apartment with a screen enclosure for the pool and hot tub before). They just built a nice new sundeck next to the pool area.

The nearby lake (lake Monroe) is beautiful. Come and watch the sailboats, people fishing and the water birds.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I've used the business center a couple of times to send faxes.

I am guessing they are in the process of redoing the landscaping and look forward to seeing the results.

There is even a car wash area with a vacuum unit. I must say this is a very pleasant apartment complex. This is what apartments should be!…
