Not reliable, bad quality. I am in Afghanistan and I ordered flowers from them to send to my wife for our wedding annaversary and the flower arrangement they delivered to say the least was sub-standard. I recieved a picture of the flowers and they looked old, like they may have been frost bitten and the pedals were cracked. After a few calls from my wife and an email from me, they refused to resend the order. They also canceled the order I had for a dozen red roses for Valentines Day for my wife, basically leaving me hanging, with limited internet access in Afghanistan. My advise: Do not order from this business, its a flower mill not a florist.…

personalized service. They staff knows people by name and remembers their preferences after only a couple of visits.
