Reliable and Reasonable. I brought in my vacuum cleaner in for repair. The part did not arrive as expected so he delivered the repaired vacuum to my house at no extra charge. It runs like it did when it was new. I would reccommend them for all your vacuum cleaner repairs and buying new. They are very knowledgeable and take time to explain whatever your questions are.
