Outstanding Customer Service. Went to a Sprint authorized dealer in Tavares (not going to mention Dealer) customer service was horrible, told me I would have to give them my old phone to upgrade and wait for a $100 rebate. Still would have been over $200 at point of sale. My buddy called me during my wait and just before i was to sign up he told me to checkout Radioshack!! I called them before i headed that to there store, not only did the salesmen sell me over the phone before i got there they gave me a $100 trade in on my old phone, gave me my instatnt rebate of $100 , I walked out of radioshack with 2 Evos for 150.00 and added another line so the sales man recieved 2 sales and my business for as long as I live in wonderful Lake Co. just kidding. Great place to go for your cell phone upgrades. Dont have to drive to Seminole mall to get a deal!
