Overpriced and TIME consuming

Appointment with Lisa for a TRIM. No changes. Simply TRIM my hair and cleanup layers in the front. I should be out in no time. Nope, 1 hour and 30 minutes later, I left after paying almost $90 for a cut that was good - but not great. Back home, I can get a shampoo, cut, blowdry for $75 and be out before 30 minutes has expired - nevermind feel like a MILLION bucks. I know there is great out there and I didn't find it at K&K with Lisa. Moving on to another salon.

Didnt listen

I visited the salon as a new client - the staff were nice but very false. Cindy didnt listen to my colour request - I wanted a much darker blonde and came out the same colour not broken up by lowlights at all, she dry trimmed the ends of my hair, really only taking off the last few millimeters. Very poor blowdry - I do better myself. Total cost $245, $100 more than I normally pay. I will not be going back. I also felt the salon was tired looking with cables all over the floor and not particularly clean, not what I would expect for the price at all. Poor

Super staff, friendly and met my needs

Staff makes it a point to remember a face! I've only been a client for a short time but I'm always greeted with a smile and the staff does such a nice job of making you feel welcome. My stylist is gracious and recently fixed a small issue I had with a recent cut free of charge. I'm happy with my new salon!

Warm, Professional, Extremely Talented

I make it a special point to get my hair done at K & K every time I'm in Winter Park (I live in New Orleans). This is a group of girls truly committed to what they do. You feel it when you walk in and see it when you walk out! They love their work, they are ahead of the trends, and they are constantly educating themselves. Plus, it's really fun!

I have been a client of Kendall and Kendall for about 5 years and love my hair. There is an attention to detail that I have never experienced in other salons. The girls all work together and have such a great way of anticipating the needs of their clients whether it be a new magazine while under the lamp or a freshened drink. When you’re in a salon for a couple of hours these things don’t go unnoticed! They are very knowledgeable about products without being pushy and are always eager to give out samples without being asked. I love their new Oribe line of products. Kendall does my color and Simone does my cuts. Both are experts at what they specialize in. I always walk out with a fabulous style! K & K is always accommodating, no matter how short of notice, to fit me in to the schedule even if it is just for a style for an evening event! I highly recommend them. Everyone is friendly and you feel welcomed the moment you walk in the door!
