the furniture is junk...i have returned several peices of furniture and all the furniture i have recieved has a defect...the sofas are very cheap,NOT WORTH THE MONEY,i understand no credit check,and no money down and anyone can get the furniture,but its junk,major defects...and forget customer service,in store and corporate dont care to speek to you...

I stopped in at their new location in Altamonte Springs. I will tell you the selection of furniture is a bit overwhelming at first. But after walking around a bit I really enjoyed looking at everything. The furniture is nice and a lot of eclectic pieces which is what I was looking to buy. The salesperson I talked to was knowledgeable but not pushy. I was able to negotiate a lower price, which was fun and always a good thing. I will go back to Aaron's even if just to look around, it has a comfortable feel about it.

Lack of professionalism, verbally abusive etc.. After being a repeat customer of theirs, I just picked up another piece of furniture that needed repair. I was happy to have a professional repair the damage, but sadly the repairs were not completed. When I informed the owner he became verbally abusive with name calling and even made a physical threat of what he would do to me if I were in his store. I was in shock over the phone after hearing the owner's temper and lose tongue; sadly this was all over a $50 repair bill!

Great Selection of Furniture and Customer Service. Aaron's Fine Furniture is the best place to find quality furniture! I bought a beautiful entertainment center for our new TV, a sofa and some tables and our Family Room looks like a model home. They really took time to help me make the selections. They have a big selection so be prepared to spend some time there. I know the furniture will last a very long time. I would definetly recommend them to anyone who is buying furniture. Their showroom is huge!!!

Beautiful furniture, awesome salespeople, great deals.. I have shopped at a number of furniture stores recently as I have just purchased my first home. My neighbor mentioned Aaron's and said they had recently moved to Casselberry. I loved the store from the moment I walked in. The salesperson I worked with was a woman named Erin but they call her "E" so as not to confuse her with the owner. I received a great deal. I bought some furniture off the floor and ordered some. They had to make two deliveries but I only paid one delivery fee. The nightstand did have a nick in it on delivery, but they sent a technician out within two weeks and he was awesome. I am very pleased with my shopping experience. I enjoy just going in and looking around, they have beautiful furniture and really unique accent pieces.

I doubt they have any repeat customers.. My friends are suing them for not delivering what they ordered. I cant believe they stay in business; they must be working off of Barnums adage there is a s ucker born every minute. Luckily my neighbors filled in the whole neighborhood and saved some of us, but it was too late for others. I dont know if they are joining in the law suit or they are each on their own.

They deliver damaged furniture and refuse to replace it. Every item we ordered was very damaged (and it was metal) and they wont replace it, they want to send out a repair guy, what a bunch of BS. Other furniture companies will sell you the same furniture at their price. I feel that you should deal with someone reputable and use Aaron's to get a good price somewhere else. These guys do not deliver what they promise. Please, before you buy there, ask around. We did after the fact and have not found a former customer that would shop there again. Odds are the one good review was put there by the store.

This is THE place for Olde World Funiture !. No need to spend $4K on a dining table or $11K for home entertainment center-instead go over to Aarons in Maitland for beautiful furnishings at beautiful prices. I purchased a gorgeous vanity finely detailed w/black granite counter &bronze fittings-its stunning. I've priced these babys (as I do everything before I buy) & this item was at least $300 less than anywhere -including Ebay !!! (I shop for the BEST price). Anyway, the service was excellent, the salesman I delt with (Michael-I think he's the manager) was extremely knowledgeable. There was ZERO pressure to buy-simply because I think they KNOW they're offering the best for less. At least that's my take on things. BTW, I live in Maitland & had never stopped in before...thinking all they offered were country things BUT I was like WAY surprised to find a whole cadre of wonderful olde world decor - ooh lah lah !
