Really good food and oysters. we visited victorios for the first time on 9/3/2011. We read the reviews prior to going and had mixed feelings. When we got there we went straight for the oyster bar and ordered a bucket of oysters which were on special for 20 bucks. We also ordered the oystrs Rockefeller, the steamed mussels, steamed clams, baked eggplant and peel and eat shrimp. Everything was really good the oysters were fresh. The clams were my fAvorite. But everything was really really good. The oysters Rockefeller were baked with cream cheese which was different but great. I would recommend this to any true oyster lover. Our "shucker" was Kim and she was extremely nice and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Bad Food Horrible Service, Stay AWAY!!. My first and last visit to Victorios on Saturday night 6/18/2011. Victorios is a nice little dive resturant typical of an Oyster Bar. We sat in the regular dining area, which is a large area but only 4 or 5 tables were occupied. The waiter was ok but visibly he was spread very thin and sweating profusely, not checking on us very often. When we ordered our food the waiter said that the kitchen was backed up about a half an hour. My first thought was "that is odd because there's really no one in here."

In any case we ordered and right about the 1 hour mark our food showed up.

I had ordered the special which was stuffed Shrimp with crabmeat. It smelled bad and tasted bad. (I also had my wife taste it just to make sure it wasnt just me) I sent it back and it was taken off of my bill. During all of this there was no manager to be seen anywhere. I was a little perturbed, and I went to the door marked private all the way in the back. The manager answered and i explained the situation and he said he would be right out to our table. Well an hour later when our entire party was done eating and payed for the visit. I decided to thank the manager for coming to our table to smooth things out.(which he never came to the table). He made some excuse and I said well this is the first and last time that myself or my friends will be at this resturant. He replied in a very loud voice "I dont care if you come back". WOW i replied and I gathered our party and we left.

That manager is a direct reflection of the business and the horrible food and service. If I were the owners I would be deeply embarrased to have that manager as a reflection of their business.

"I dont care" - is exactly the service and quality of the food you will get if you go to this dump!!!!!
