dansreelgoodfood. well i go there too and you sir ramish or who ever u are its ashamed for you too even say those thing maybe he does not know who you are if you been going there for 6 years and no restaurant is going too let u walk out with out the rite change plus if u been going there for 6 YEARS!!! you should know how much change too have when you buy food you think you can do that at MCDONALDS or any other restaurant unless they or the owners KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND TRUST YOU !! so im sorry too hear lol that it happen because DAN"S FAMILY RESTAURANT IS AWSOME !!!!!! p.s. they are new owners by the way ? of corse they dnt kno you !!
Here's a tip, get rid of the douche bag son!!!!!! I've been going to dans for about 6 years now, even before it changed hands, i manage a call center right beside it and its usually ok and convenient. The mother, father,sister, and waitresses all know me and are super nice for the most part, to the tune of knowing what i'm ordering for breakfast or lunch. I went in for a coffe the other morning (which is way over priced and weak) $2.54 I handed the azzhole son 2$ and said can i run back out and bring back the 54 cents, He says "no i cant do that" and has me break a $50 bill!! WTF?? I spend 30-40 bucks a week at this place send numerous agents over for food all the time and i cant bring back 54 cents in like 2 min? Dont bother being loyal they dont care. Ive had my orders screwed up numerous times. no cheese, no bacon, not fully cooked, whatever, and never made a big deal about it. But today is the day it all changed for 54 cents i've spread the word to NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, all throughout my work place and will continue to do so for 54CENTS. Letes see how long he can pay for his corny azz dodge!
NEVER AGAIN. I stopped in here and witnessed the owner or manager, one, basically verbally assault one of their customers. the food was cold, i waited forever for my food, and when i asked for a refund and was so disgusted that i couldn't stay any longer, the owner//manager Vince refused to refund my order or so much as make me a fresh meal. WORST DINER EVER. and excuse my language but the management from, the 15 minutes i witnessed, is one very sad individual.
DAns-East 50. Stopped at Dan's on East Colonial Drive, it was a very slow morning but we only had 30 minute break and don't know why I had to "wait to be seated". and wait..my friends met me there--the meals were very good, no problem but the waitress was odd, she called all of us honey, doll and sweetheart, trying to get too personal. So we all agreed the food was good, the prices ok, but the waitress was very unprofessional,we hope the manger reads these cause everything was ok except that and all it would take is a simple admonishment.
Poor quality food. I am a regular customer of Dan's who does not plan on returning. Last week I was in only to have both mine and my partners food cooked incorrectly . My waitress never checked for satisfaction and neither did the cashier when we checked out. This a.m. we were in for breakfast and the order was wrong plus on top of that the sausage was hard as a rock as if it had been there since about 7am. Such a shame, poor quality and wrong orders twice in a row I have better places to spend my money and don't think I will be back for a third time. Such a shame as we have been eating at Casselberry ever since this place opened and it has always been great, don't know what happened but it has ruined a great place. While I am on the subject the restrooms have always been the worse so bad that I would hold it before going in such a dumpy restroom they need to put some money into this old place and fix it up and get a new cook then maybe I would be back!
