Unprofessional Service. Dropped my 2012 Can-am, a $14,000.00 atv purchased in Nov. 2011 for repairs and had take it back because the repair was inadequate and the plastics now look like they have been sanded, there is pitting and white spots. Greg Hale service manager did correct the mistake made on the repair but refused to take responsibility for the damaged Plastics stating damages are from trail riding. Anyone who rides knows, plastics don’t get white spots or pitting from trail riding. Everyone makes mistake but not correcting those mistakes is unprofessional.…
SPS Has Gone to the DOGS!!! STAY AWAY!!. Do yourself and your ride a favor and stay as far away from this service department as you can. They are rude, unprofessional and just plain nasty to their customers. Their finger pointing and blaming are beyond reprehensible. NEVER in my life have I been treated so badly as a customer. They damaged my bike and refused to own up to it. I know every inch of the bike and when I called them up to report the damage done I was blamed for it. Are you kidding? Even the service mananger himself would not help me out. Please read the reviews, here on the next few pages and on YP pages. You will be glad that someone opened your eyes to their sham!!…
