Wasted Afternoon. I called various dealerships to find what was possible on a car trade in. I was promised on the phone that I would be able to trade to a vehicle in roughly the same price range as my own and maintain a payment of $350 per month with nothing down. As it turned out they wanted $3000 down and payments of more than $400 a month for a Kia Soul because they are "very popular vehicles". I didn't realize pricing was based on popularity - I thought that came from the company. The staff was pushy, argumentative, and disrespectful. I would add them to the list of places, along with the Bob Dance dealerships, that I avoid like the plague. If you are thinking of using this dealership, all I can say is, "Run Forrest Run"!!!
Zero Stars is more like it!. This is truly one of the worst dealerships. I got into contact with them to purchase a new KIA, I was actually convinced over the phone after they reviewed my credit that they would do "anything" to sell me car....I went in expecting $450 car payments with zero down (which was actually quoted from another dealer). They had the nerve to quote me $800 monthly payments with a $6000 down payment....lol on a Sorento...Its laughable that they actually thought I would consider this. DO NOT SEE EARL he will not listen to anything you say. He argued with me the ENTIRE time to the point where I felt attacked. By the way their cars are more expensive then other kia dealerships...I guess they are trying to make up for the lack of sales....I also was VERY clear on what I wanted before I even walked in the door.
