My house needed new locks desperately. It had gotten so bad that I think just about any key would have gained entry into my house. 1st Metro Locksmith Locksmith's prices were affordable, and you cannot beat the customer service! Now, only one key can open my house, and I could not be more pleased or feel safer.

We were locked out of our house and called them late at night. They had one of their technicians come to help us out after finishing his commitment to another customer.Thanks for your help at such a late hour!

One of my tenant's locks broke and it was totally useless. I called 1st Metro Locksmith and their guy came when he said and stuck with the quoted price of the job. He was very professional and treat customers as we all would be treated.

I used them first a few months back when I needed to have all the locks at my work re-keyed. He came out the next day and completed all of the doors in about an hour. He was able to make keys for the new locks right in his van, saving me a trip to the hardware store.

Then on the day before the 4th of July, at 5pm, I locked myself out of my office. I was pretty sure that most people were already off for the holiday so I figured that it'd take a while to get someone down here. The first thing I did was call them. They were able to get someone here within 15 minutes who was able to open the lock in about 30 seconds.

I looked long and hard for cheaper prices but to no avail. I think this is one of the cheapest locksmiths around. Also everything went real smoothly when I called them. They showed up in 15 minutes and had no problem getting my car door open fast.

Great service, excellent work, fair prices. What more can you ask for! I was very happy with their responsiveness. They rekeyed all of the locks throughout my home and they worked much better and smoother than before. I got new keys and better working locks. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone in need of a locksmith!

Saved me by coming fast when I needed a locksmith at 2 am. Alot of companies say they are open 24/7 but you would be suprised. 1st Metro Locksmith truly is though. They came fast and opened my car door for a good price.
