The horrible, terrible, very-bad dining experience. very bad people, specially the thin girl there, she is extremely rude. She does not allow to dine in if you order less than $20, she spoiled entire dinner time. I wish they learn customer service before they do business. I wish no body goes there so they learn how to treat customers.

Horrible Experience. Decided to try a new place and when we were ordering the guy wouldn't stop pinching my 5 months old checks (this was a 20 something old guy) and before we left he leaned into to (I thought) pinch his check and he kisses him on his check. Who does that to a baby!!! Made me very uncomfortable!!! And i will not go back

The horrible, terrible, no-good, very-bad dining experience. I just got finished dining at Cheng's for the first and last time. It was quite possibly the worst restaurant experience of my life. While the meal went okay, the food was mediocre, the service was middle of the road, it was the end of the meal that was horrible. We, being 2 seperate parties sitting at one table, separate checks and everything went to pay. We had entertainment coupons, which are accepted there, or so we thought. The end of the meal came and they would only accept one of the 2 coupons.

Now, I myself work in food service and understand how this works. As long as there are 2 separate tabs, it should be fine to use 2 separate coupons. They said no, the person that I was with proceeded to question this, a little bit louder than necessary sure, but as he did, the owner came up. She proceeded to go off on "our type of people" going on and on about how horrible we were for trying to use 2 coupons. It escalated to the point of her and one of the people we were dining with YELLING at each other, threatening each other to call the cops (I was mortified on both ends). She went on to call my mother cheap, which is where I got involved, speaking about my food service experience (several years) and that of my mother (20+ years) and how I would NEVER in a million years treat a customer like that.

I was more than willing to pay full price, what's 10 bucks, you know? But when you get to the point of calling my mother cheap and yelling at me in front of my 2 year old daughter, that's where I get angry.

I will never be dining in this location or any other Cheng's for that matter. Steer away, there are entirely too many other decent Chinese places in the area to be treated like that.

The BEST.. After you eat at Cheng's, You'll never eat at another chinese restaurant. Our family has been eating there for over 5 years. It's the best.

bast chinese restaurant in lake mary. This is the only chinese restaurant i have been 3 years.The food just so delicious. The prices are reasonable too.

the restaurant is best in the lake mary. i was try again,and still so good there. the lunch buffe is very frash, there is very busy in the lunch time, you should go there before 12 AM,you can get a set and take more fresh food.
