A bad experience. Since moving here last year, my wife and I have been searching for various types of restaurants in the Winter Springs area. We thought Mona Lisa might become our choice for Italian dining. Sadly, our experience on Friday, July 25 was unsatisfactory.

Although the food was well prepared and tasty, we waited nearly an hour and a half after ordering for it to arrive at our table. Our waitress apologized several times and said the kitchen was short handed. These things happen but customers should be given some idea of how long the wait will be and a manager should come by to explain the problem and offer some compensation for the inconvenience. There was no manager in sight and the hostess wasn?t at the entrance for us to voice our complaint as we left. I sent a letter to the owner two weeks ago and received no response.

If this is an example of what to expect at this business, we will not be back.

Best Italian in Orlando. LOVE, LOVE. LOVE this place. Their food is fantastic! Better than antonios, better than enzos, better than carrabas, better than gina's, better than tempano's. Absolute must try. If you go when it's warmer there's a nice deck out back with a outdoor bowling lane. Great for kids!

cooked to perfection and fresh! Had my daughters rehearsal dinner here and everyone (21)

of us, raved about the food. Don't miss the opportunity.

Great little place in Longwood Historic District. I've been going here for years. I've spent $300 on a dinner, and I always say "_____ was good, but I would rather have gone to Monas" I don't usually order dishes like lasagna from an Italian restaurant, but there's is great! Their chicken parm is great so is their penne al forno. I've been to most of the top ranked restaurants in the area and i don't understand why this isn't higher on the list.
