Best place for nails and spa

I was here today to get my gel nails done. The guy who did my nails was very good job. He made my nails look so real and natural. Also, my friend got her spa pedicure done, and her toes nais, very pretty. The pedicure made her feel so relaxed that she took a nap there. This place is very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, they offered you free drink. I would tell my friends to come to get their nails and pedicure done.

Don't waste your time!

I went to get a pedicure for myself and a manicure for my husband. I felt like we were of no importance to these people. They didn't speak to us, they just wanted to get us out of there. They did such a rushed job on both of us leaving our nails jagged, uneven, and rough. When I made a complaint about it, the girl told me I was just "PICKY." I told her she should have done the job right the first time, and I refused to have her "FIX" them. I then spoke to the manager who was just a bad. I left feeling like I had just flushed my money down the toilet! LAZY SERVICE!!! I could have done a better job myself! I would NOT reccomend this place to my worst enemy. They just rip you off, and you go home with nails that look worse than they did before you arrived. A complete waste of time & money!!! They were very rude and unprofessional. I paid the full amount for services (they weren't willing to budge) and left a big fat ZERO for a tip!!!

Didn't want to be bothered.

I just moved to Waterford Lakes area and went into Magic Nails on a recommendation. The woman who did my pedicure/manicure spoke to me MAYBE three times and once was to tell me to "pay now." The pedicure was rushed and the polish sloppy. The fill she did for my gel nails was even worse with the sides left jagged and when I pointed out where it was splitting due to the move, she nodded and then ignored it. I went in to straighten my nails out after unpacking my home and left feeling like I needed to go in for a fresh manicure and pedicure.

My cousin was with me and her manicure and pedicure was done in the same lazy and haphazard fashion by a gentleman who also seemed like he rather be doing something else.
