In Short – First Watch may serve lunch, but it's their take on breakfast that brings in the diners. Pancakes, made to order with toppings such as blueberry, granola, and bananas, are served in a doughy stack with a selection of syrups. Florida french toast features slabs of cinnamon raisin or sourdough bread sprinkled with wheat germ and piled with fresh bananas, kiwis and berries. The standard bacon and cheese omelet gets a twist with avocado, Monterey jack and sour cream, and chunky home fries are available with most entrees. Lunch is mainly salads and sandwiches.
