ROOMS TO GO ALTAMONTE is the worse furniture store on Altamonte. If you want non damaged items and good customer service please go to hudson's. I bought a dining room table for a family dinner Saturday. Today is Thursday and I was supposed to receive my dinette set, the delivery guy said the table is broken in half. He the earliest I would be able to get the table set is next Tuesday. I called the store manager and he told me that I should of kept the broken table and had my family dinner on it. Right now I have an empty dining room I don’t know when I will receive my shipment and there is no refund. Horrible company!!

Worst furniture store in Altamonte Springs. This store uses deceptive selling practices They don.t tell you about the delivery charges and even if you decline the fabric protection they still charg you for it. and if you complain the mgr. tells you you bought it so its yours. The sales force is very sneaky about your charges. A 1577.00 sofa ended up costing me 1912.00. No wonder you don't have to make payments for ten years. So beware of salespeople in wolves clothing
