it was great until...

I had an experience that was almost fantasitic. After having a great facial and an above average shampoo and blow dry (really!), I went to pay my bill. The woman at the front desk should not of been there, in my opinion, because she appeared to not know what she was doing. When I asked who the manager was, she replied that she was. I was a little surprised. Other than that, I like the salon, and will return.

I have been a client of several of the staff members for a long time & I just love the changes provided by Pharaoh's environment & vibe! Everyone seems like they couldnt be happier. NEW management is definitely giving this salon a new life. Keep up the great work!!

I recently went to Pharaoh's for the first time and was very pleased with the results. I had haircut, color and style by a very professional, but personable stylist. And the price was more than comparable for the service I received! I also scheduled an airbrush tan and again very happy with the results. I understand the salon is under new management and there is alot of positive energy. I highly reccomend it.

Negative attitudes.

I went here on the recommendation of a friend and really wish I hadn't. While the interior was beautiful, my service was less than satisfactory and my stylist had a definite negative attitude. Apparently they just got taken over by new management and many of the people there aren't satisfied. I didn't think it was professional for me to hear that, and it certainly didn't build my confidence in this establishment. Being new to this area, I'll try somewhere else.

A lot of creative energy flowing in this salon. All of the stylists were busy, and everyone looked great. I love to watch what goes on around me when I get my hair done, and it appears that this shop has a lot of talent. I went in for a simple highlight, and the stylist talked to me about dimension, so I had high and low lights put in. It was a first for me as I am a little conservative when it comes to my hair, but I love it. Had my brows shaped up also, and she was professional - listening to me when I asked not to have too much taken off. Great experience.
