Fantastic Service

We love going to Pet Bazaar. The employees are extremely helpful and go out of their way to steer you to the correct pet, supplies, etc.
We had our heart set on one pet for our daughter but after talking with the staff, decided on a different....well, I'll just say it.....rodent. We made the change with no question as they have life experience and hands-on knowledge with the animals they sell .

Knowledgable Staff

I'm not surprised by all the good reviews for this store. I went around to a few other local pet stores to ask some questions about a reptile my son wants. I found the usual warm bodies with little knowledge about the animals they were selling. I just happened to drive by this store on my way home and decided to stop. The guy that helped me was very knowledgable. He not only answered my questions, but also offered up additional important information that I didn't even think to ask about. I ended up buying the reptile from them a week later. My son and I go in every week for feeders and look around at all the cool animals -- it's like a trip to the zoo for my son. Good job Pet Bazaar!

so i have bought hundreds of $ in fish and products from them over the last couple months, one time i got ich in my fish tank and decided to give them another try even though i had been warned from a friend that had the same issue. i continued to go there cause they are the only place local that i could find that sells live brine shrimp and ghost shrimp are very reasonable there. my most recent purchase was a oscar that died after only 1 day, i returned cause they say they have a 1 week policy. when i get there they test the water and tell me that the amonia in the water is a little high but not toxic (his words not mine), so he tells me that they wont give me another fish cause my water isnt healthy. i had my water tested at 2 other pet places and they say my water has low amonia. it might sound silly but if they wont stand by their policy, i wont continue to go there and will take my buisness somewhere that will honor their word. so basically for a $6 fish they will lose about $25 a week of mine and ill refer anyone i speek to away from them. great job, lol. what a joke for customer service

Great Service

I ended up at this shop because my usual store went out of business. I was very happy with the service I got and I wish I would have checked them out sooner. They didn't have an item I wanted in stock, but they ordered it for me and it came right in. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions about my sick reptile. I took their advice and my reptile is doing great. They have all the feeders you need for your reptiles too which is great since not every place carries them. All in all a great little shop!
