Tips for Cobblestone Financial Group

I have been insured with Cobblestone since 2009 and I have to say that they are a great agency. My rates went up twice and both times they were able to save me money by shopping around and finding me a better rate. There were very few times that I was unable to get through an agent right away, but I never got a call back later then the next day. So judging by my own experience, I have to agree with J S., Mr Christian comments may have been very unfair.

This could be the most unfair criticism I have ever seen. This agency prides itself on great cutsomer service, and has always been great for my family. The problem could be with you! Not very Christian Mr. Christian.

They company is terrible for customer service. Don't bother calling you won't get a call back. I have been with them for many many yrs and I have had enough. I have all my insurance through them and will be moving it all to other companies. We love ya Janet, but your staff is either unmanaged or enept.
