Not happy!. I went in on Wednesday to order tux for son's prom. The next day he finds out one of the kids in his group ordered the same one. So next day I want to change to a much more expensive suit. They make this huge deal about it like they just had never had to change an order before. Then they say they will do me a favor and only charge me twenty dollars to change the jacket and twenty for changing the pants that go with the suit. This is in addition to the 60 for the upgrade. Are you kidding me I was in 24 hours ago. Stop telling me it's practically too late. It wouldn't have been as bad except they were making a huge deal about it like they just couldn't possibly handle a simple order change.
Reasonably priced suits to fit every man's needs--founder George Zimmer has been guaranteeing it since 1973..
This classic men's clothing outpost offers a full range of designer and private label garments, from formal wear--suits, dress shirts, sport coats, slacks, shoes and ties--to more casual sportswear and outdoor wear. Complimentary tailoring is encouraged on all purchases to ensure a perfect fit; slacks can be hemmed while customers wait, while other alternations take at least 24 hours. Suit purchases guarantee lifetime free pressing at any store nationwide.
Go elsewhere. I bought a suit, 6 pairs of pants, 8 shirts, and various accessories from this store. All of them feel generally cheap and are falling apart. I have buttons fall off all the time, and I even had a pair of pants split down the middle. If you do go here watch out for the salespeople. They will just keep adding stuff to your order until you spend at least $1,000.00.
