Of course, the satisfied ones are seldom going to take time to write rave reviews. I am no different - living out of state and going on their CareerBuilder ad that says they have permanent positions for qualified available people, I called.

Amanda told me I had to move there first and then apply ! Who is nuts ? They either do, or they don't have positions.

She never even asked to have my resume forwarded.

Why spend money to use Career Builder and other sites, if they don't let the candidates use the internet to apply? I wasn't aware that only employers could advertise available positions without allowing the applicants to do the same -

And to say they supply the best candidates - they can't if they only take local candidates.

There is a big country filled with people who want to move and live beyond the commute distance to Orlando, FL. Do they not take into account the cost of fuel these days ?

You People are not the only staffing team in town.. The people at this company are not the most professional just a thought . We are in a business relationship; you send me to an assignment and I make money for you and me . Your personalty when dealing with your money makers should the first thing you have in check . Because

there other staffing companies that we can go and work for and make them money . This is a RELATIONSHIP please remember that.

BTW I have never been employed by this company, never applied and hopefully won't do it either, but I was just curious by the comment you posted about call 24 hrs in advance if you are calling off. What if a person has a last minute emergency or something happens in their way to work, or they wake up sick?? I have worked at other Temp agencies and they always ask for at least 1 hr advanced call if you are calling off.

Oh and you also said that all the people that had commented on this page have been either FIRED or NEVER Hired, and right below your comment there's a comment from a person that was CURRENTLY EMPLOYED at the time, giving a very bad review about this place, or you fired that person because of that comment too??

reviews. Infiniti you say that you got such a strong rep. through central florida and that you have never had any problems all the 11 years you have been up and running, than come these negative reviews are on here?...because there's one thing I can tell everyone on here: I was treated like garbage myself AND I NEVER GOT TO WORK FOR YOUR FIRM. I read an ad for some opportunities for driving and warehouse work. I missed the part that no one with any driving violations need apply for a driving opportunity and instead of correcting me with this when I called them in regards to it, they're like "it's our ad and we'll post whatever the !@#$ we want" like you didn't feel the crunch that everyone else was and just didn't give a d___ if someone made a wasted 30 mi trip or can't handle constructive criticism or something.

welders beware. The worst employment agency you can go to for employment as a welder they know nothing about this trade and the guy who works there as the manager is a real self centered jerk of a man. He is such a punk you just want to beat his little pea brain in. All welders don't wast your time there unless you want to lower your standards and give this punk your hard earned money. Try any union hall or try the yellow pages for a job if you know what you are doing. After 29 years in the trade this guy would not make a pimple on a welders ass.

Thanx fo the heads up. Wow! after seeing those kinds of review with this company I am defnitly not going to apply there. It seems like this Jenifer and other employees have problems being professionals... Thanx for the update... And go luck to all of the ones looking for work.

There is ALWAYS More than One Side..... I am responding to the negative reviews that were left by past employees that were FIRED or candidates that were NEVER hired. We seek highly motivated, ambitious and hard working people who are looking for a long-term / permanent position with a great company in Orlando. It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do, however, the people that left negative reviews were terminated for quitting their job without notice. All we ask for is 24 hours notice, which is NOT a lot. All you have to do is follow company policy and have the courtesy and ethics of giving notice. For the ones not hired, we are not a state funded agency that guarantees jobs. We hire based on skill and qualifications. Jobs are not guaranteed, no matter where you apply. You may think you are qualified, but do not understand the qualifications set by the hiring company. We wish you good luck. I will finish by saying, INFINITI has been in business 9 years and has a solid reputation. We work with some of Orlando's biggest employers and employ thousands each year, all of which are satisfied, appreciative and even come back if needed. So, if you are looking for a great job with a great company, give us a call.

Do not work for this agency. Hello, I am presently an employee of Infinite employment and have been placed in a factory for over 5 months. I am still making 7.40 an hour working third shift . I was told that my pay would increase but it was a lie. People are treated badly by the owner of this company and noone knows who is who when you call. Carin, is the worst person to deal with! She confuses everyone, doesn't follow up on anything and changes her story to her boss a hundred times????They don't clarify things, they give you a hard time with any issues that you may need addressed and they are constantly making mistakes with my pay check. I feel that it is done on purpose by now cause maybe the owner is in financial trouble. The people they hire for their jobs have criminal records and we are forced to work in hostlie environments because of the owner being desperate to make money. I have kids to support and dont have a choice but to work for them for now, but I do not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off applying to a fast food place or a store because there is no advancement with this company.

YOUR RIGHT - THIS PLACE SUCKS!. I was told to report any criminal history from the last ten years, which I put down as "none". Jennifer placed me in a job that was temp to hire. I was let go after only 4 days because she claims I lied on my application by stating that I had no criminal history (i had a felony over 14 years ago- when I was 18 years old). She swears she told us that we had to report ANY criminal history, NOT just from the last 10 years - but I KNOW she never said that. She says now that I can't even work with Infiniti any longer because I "lied" on the application.

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!. I signed up at office on E. Colonial. I was hired by Jennifer. I was assigned to do production work, I have always done office work, but needed the money. After working three days my ankle swelled from standing on it all day, so I called into the agency on the 4th day. These peopl lied and said I never called in, and then tried to say the company let me go, when I was the one who called in stating that I was unable to do the job due to my ankle. The "bitch" Jennifer became very nasty stating that I would have to now be paid minimum wage because I didn't give 24 hours notice. I informed her that I didn't forsee 24 hours ago that my ankle was going to be messed up, she began to get very loud with me. I informed her that I was going to report her agency to the Dept. of Labor, and also report that two women at the job site one who's "corriene's niece informed me that they didn't have to take the drug test. So as you can see this agency is unprofessional, and they take advantage of people who don't know any better. I ahve worked for local governments and the state of Fl. and I know that there are things that employers can't get away with, so I will also be calling the local media as well.
