Scout a schedule before showing up.

You pay a cover, Usually 5-8$, walk in the double doors. Merch to the left, bar to the right or all the way in the back. Either the bar is empty and a drink is easy to find, or The front bar is slammed full and You will wait for Your PBR just like everyone else, supply is average; Demand is High. Back Booth will sometimes run Out of Your favorite beer as usually happens anywhere downtown. Beer in hand You venture around a support wall, past the stage. If the Band is on and there's a large crowd; Watch for flying objects and or liquids, and it may take a while to get through. The restrooms are average Downtown Wet/Dirty. No sandles/Flip-Flops. If the Dance floor is mostly empty, walking is a breeze. Many/Most people are Friendly, Helpful Youths late 20's and Younger. Everyone shows up to have a good time, It just does'nt always end as pleasantly. Beer induced dancing and scuffles are expected and handled easily by the crowd. Live bands play in close range almost 3D because the stage is raised a good bit , no visual issues. The Sound is often too loud for conversation of any type. Limited seating and or standing room, try upstairs balcony.

• Pros: Good selection of the same beer everyone else has.
• Cons: Sometimes the crowd gets out of hand.

the back booth has poor lighting, mostly crappy bands. rude & lying aholes work there. they won't ever get my money. nor will i reccomend the place to any bands trying to book a show.

Well...

Ive been to the Back Booth a few times. The atmosphere is very 'rebellious rock and roll college kids' which kinda rocks. Sadly that goes for the bathrooms as well! Service is okay but not super great and well the music...yeah.

Most of the bands book are all whiny alterna-rock kids who sound the same. Usually 3-4 bands play and only one is usually even worth watching. The kids dont seem to care though...

• Cons: Bathrooms, Lousy bands
