Kitchen Wizards – Chef McFadden, one of three professionally trained partners at Cuisiniers attended La Varenne school in Burgundy, France and graduated from Baltimore's International Culinary school. If you're having a small but fancy ceremony, Cuisiniers is the place to call. They typically serve parties with 150 guests or less. – – Food for Thought – Cuisiniers comes highly recommended, well-trained and very formal. Although they will do barbecue if you really have to have barbecue, their specialty is European-style fine dining.
