Accommodations include The Wellborn, an Art Deco specimen built in 1946 with porthole windows and classic ironwork; the Victorian Normant-Parry Inn, the city's oldest home, built in 1883; the I.W. Phillips House, a 1916 Edwardian-style estate; and the Dr. Phillips House, a Victorian mansion with gourmet restaurant, original hardwood floors and marble fireplaces.
