Terrible Service, Food is Okay. There is a young waitress who doesn't write your order down and subsequently gets your order wrong. This is forgivable. However, when I brought this to her attention (two different occasions), she blamed ME for the mix-up. Additionally, the manager scolded me for trying the roll! Being that it was my first time ordering this roll, I obviously tasted it before I knew it was wrong. Accidents happen, but I have received poor customer service time and again at this place. No one deserves to be treated that way. The most helpful person here was the busboy who refilled our waters and brought us the check after the rude girl refused to return to our table.

pretty good sushi, not the best. I left my meal here very confused by my experience. On one hand the sushi special i had (tiburon roll) was incredible and loaded with fresh ahi tuna, however, the service was mediocre at best and it seemed that our server couldn't understand anything we were asking or describe any of the rolls very helpfully. The other rolls we ordered were just sort of ok, maybe ill try this again and give it another chance.

good outlook, terrible sushi. i ate at the Sandlake location of Seito Suhsi yesterday. It was disgusting. I traveled a lot around the world, and lived in several countries including Japan. I have been to countless sushi restaurants until today, so I know a few things about sushi. Not all of my experiences were good in all these sushi restaurants, but my experience in Seito was clearly the worst. I ordered a lunch menu. 3 pieces sushi and about 6 pieces sashimi arrived. Sushi choices were very unfortunate. An inedible crab, stringy tuna and long dead, tatseless shrimp. Rice was not good either. Then the actual worst was the sashimi. 2 super thick slices of salmon were inedible. Even thinking about it now, turn my stomach. 2 super thick tuna pieces were so stringy so after I chew a little I had to take it out and put it back on my plate. It was disgusting. The other two pieces were not clear what kind of fish. Again thick, still had skin on it. They were not sushi cuts. They were basically pieces of raw fish. These people really don't know anything about sushi and sashimi preparations. If you care about what you eat, go somewhere else. If you don't care about the food, but would like a cool atmosphere you can try this place. I would never go back there again, nor I would recommend it anybody else.

amazing, good. this place is soo good...if you want GOOD sushi in orlando or anywhere, go here. There isn't a place in town that beats this place, along with a couple of others. Their servers are very attentive if you have any changes or requests. Their rolls are just really good...

try getting the spicy tuna anywhere else and it is not good compared to this place. Delicious food, if it's not even the sushi, their dishes are good...I had been there once and remembered it to be a good place. Ive been going to several other places in town and know that the sushi at those places was rarely good. Then I went back to seito and I can't go anywhere else for sushi. The rolls are also reasonably priced and some are even cheaper than other places, and bigger. so you're getting better bigger rolls, for less money, than at other places where you can't even compare.

Extremely Fresh Sushi. It is hard to find sushi this good on the East Coast, but they are the best! Their tuna always has the perfect texture and flavor. They also have the biggest Sake selection I have seen. Nice place to have a few cocktails and enjoy some fresh sashimi or one of their daily specials like the orange clam. If I'm not in the mood for raw I usuhally go with their outstanding seabass-- served with a light sesame/mirin marinate (sooo good).

Best Sushi In Town!!!. You can't beat the location but the rolls are even better. They're fresh and fabulous! My favorites that you must try are the Lava Roll and the Lobster Roll. The edamame is also incredible, steamed and salted to perfection. Seito Sushi has the best sushi in town!

worse than Publix!. Tried this sushi place b/c someone recommended it and was very disappointed. Service was unfriendly, sushi was bland, fish tasted old and overall just a bad experience and could not wait to get out of there. If you want good sushi and sashimi go to amura or ichiban instead it's worth the extra few bucks.

Good for nigiri (rolls); avoid the sushi and sashimi (fish). Some friends kept dragging me here because it was their favorite sushi bar. For the longest time, I couldn't figure out why. I've never had good sushi or sashimi there. Bland bland bland! About on the level of Publix. Their wasabi is equally tepid. What was the point?

I finally understand: it's the rolls (nigiri sushi). Their rolls are colorful and tasty. They hide the mediocre seafood well, and some of the combinations are quite inventive, if not always successful.

If you like nigiri, but aren't partial to fish, you might like it. It's very convenient if you want to see a movie afterwards. If you're looking for real sushi or sashimi, though, give it a pass.

Best Makimono. This is my favorite sushi in Orlando. I dream of their Atlantic Roll (grilled tuna and cream cheese wrapped in avocado and drizzled with eel sauce). I've never had to wait to be seated. Indoor and outdoor seating is available (for indoor, I recommend a sweater). With a list of over 50 rolls, something can be found for everyone, including a large selection of cooked makimono for pregnant friends. :-) The prices for rolls range from $4 - $12 with most around the $6-8 range. The service is friendly and my take-out orders are always ready on time for my 45 minute drive back home...

I'm sure this review can't do the restaurant justice; you'll just have to try it for yourself!

Worth the trip everytime. I've been here multiple times, and I continue to be very impressed. The menu has a wide variety of classic favorites and unique items. Seating never seems to be an issue (the longest I've ever had to wait was 10 minutes), and service is always outstanding.
