Disappointing. I was really looking forward to visiting Brio's. Many friends had recommended it highly. Gotta say I was disappointed. While the service and atmosphere was exemplary, the meal was overly salted and grossly over-priced.

Make sure to check your bill and count your change!!. Had a lovely dinner but when my bill of $25 arrived, I placed $40 in the folder only to get back $5 change.

The waitress conveniently avoided our table until I was able to chase her down. When confronted she immediately pulled out a $10 bill without even looking at my bill. It was too obvious to the 3 of us at the table what just happened. When I mentioned it to a manager on the way out she really didn't seem too concerned. Makes you wonder!!

Best place to people watch. If you are ever bored out of your mind or starving this is the place to go! Every where is a flurry of vibrant energy and constant interaction. The food is always excellent and the drinks are always perfect. The bar is very lively and everyone who is waiting is amiable and friendly and if they are dull, annoying, and too good to wait then they usually leave quite quickly? This place is not for the impatient! Sometimes waiting can be longer than 45 minutes but if you are hungry grab a bite and some drinks at the bar otherwise you are in for a long night. This is a place to see and be seen.

AWESOME!. I have been to restaurants all over the country and have only 3 that I can call "my favorite". One is in Tennessee, one is in Alabama and the other is here, BRIOS. I can't vouch for the Winter Park location but the one in the Milenia Mall is awesome. The lasagna is to die for. They have a peach tea imported from Italy and I have dreams about it! With out a doubt, I highly recommend Brios Tuscan Grill.

Poor service. I took a date on a Sunday evening. The service was poor, we waited over 30 minutes for our order to be taken. When the food arrived, my steak was not cooked as ordered and it took another 15 minutes to get a waiters attention to try and get it resolved. Mealwhile, my date was being polite and not eating, waiting on me. In the additional 30 minutes it took to get things resolved, her meal got cold. The manager charged us only for our sodas, which came out to over $5! This place ruined what was planned to be a very special night in which I asked my date to be my wife!! Both she and I will never visit Brios again.

Pricey upscale Italian, with brick-oven flatbread pizzas and wood-grilled or roasted meats and vegetables.. The Scene
Gold and maroon vests on the bentwood chairs echo the wood floor's inlay, and 3-D friezes on the wall allude to the Tuscan theme. A long expo line (open kitchen) runs down one side of the room; you can watch flames lick the inside of the brick oven as cooks nearby flip their sautes.

The Food

Pricey upscale Italian, with brick-oven flatbread pizzas and wood-grilled or roasted meats and vegetables. Order the antipasto sampler for two?outstanding fried calamari and pepperoncini with both marinara and garlic mayonnaise for dipping, baked mushroom ravioli, and an average bruschetta (garlic/herb toast) with peppers and shrimp. For a crackery take on pizza, try one of the flatbreads, such as pollo al forno, with rosemary, tomatoes, feta and grilled chicken. Vanilla bean is the best of the homemade gelati. High demand can slow the kitchen a bit, but when our dessert arrived late with a small mistake, the server immediately took it off our bill.

Lovely.... Brio was a wonderful experience. The spinach dip was to die for. I had th lasagna which could feed two. My friend had the chicken pasta also very good. Service was ok we just had a waitress who was more interested in getting in the guys pants in the table next to us, but she was still very attentive to us. I enjoyed it very much and will return. Maybe next time I'll go alone... hahaha

YUM. Everything I put in my mouth was amazing. The bread was great, especially those flax crackers (didn't expect much, but wow!). Calimari was awesome, and came with two good sauces. Mediteranean pasta was wonderful, as was the tortellini. Plus, the service was excellent, and you can't smell the smoking at the bar.

GREAT ITALIAN FOOD!!!. Brio is an excellent restaurant to eat at. If you are going there for a first date, or even if you are going there for a anniversary, the mood there is very romantic and not too casual. Most people that go there end up dressing up or dressing formally.

I love the food there and the customer service that I have received has been great.
